Hotel Reservations

Room reservations are not included with Symposium registration. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their room reservation. All sleeping room rates are subject to prevailing city and state taxes, currently 18.929% (taxes are subject to change). The Hotel does not guarantee specific room type availability. Requests will be accommodated to the best of the Hotel's ability.
 

Government Room Block

Reservation link coming soon. The room rate will be $156.00 per night. Government employees will not be charged Federal or local taxes. Each government guest must have the correct ID or Government Credit Card to be exempt from all taxes.
 

Non-Government Room Block

Reservation link coming soon. The room rate will be $269.00 per night plus taxes.
