If payment was required, Symposium registration cancellations after COB July 27th, 2026 are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation before COB July 27th, 2026 are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to LOA@eventpowersupport.com.
